Introducing: Delicious Dinners from Selected Seasonings

Thank you for your interest about our fine seasoning mixes and recipes. Below is a menu of our fine seasoning mixes. Each generous mix comes with a free starter recipe. However, our mixes are so versatile, you can easily conjure up your own creations! Your comments are greatly appreciated, and we would love to hear from you! Thanks again, and have a nutritious day!
MEAT MARINADE -- used for pork, chicken, beef, lamb or venison. Locally we refer to Shiskabob as "SPIEDIES": marinated meat grilled over hot coals and served on fresh Italian bread(...mmmm) (Also cooked on the range in a heavy frying pan.)
MEAT LOAF -- If you want your typical "Wednesday" supper to be special, try this mix with the recommended recipe. (They'll BEG for more!)
MEAT BALL -- Used alone for fantastic mini-meatballs or with pasta or spaghetti. If there's any left, try a hot meatball sandwich.
SWEDISH MEAT BALL -- "ya sure..." you're gonna love 'em alone or over cooked noodles. (comes with a sauce recipe -great for parties)
SPAGHETTI SAUCE -- try this with the MEAT BALL mix above...can't beat it!
BAR-B-QUE SAUCE -- tired of the "bottled stuff"? This mix will make 'em holler: "ya-hoo!" Not too spicy...just right!
REAL YANKEE POT ROAST -- as the name says: REAL. This is the genuine article. Slow cooked roast blended with the natural spices of Selected Seasonings (Don't invite the in-laws)
TENDER PORK ROAST -- If you haven't had a pork roast recently, give this a try. You'll love the taste of "the other white meat". Excellent for leftovers....hot pork sandwiches, or try with BAR-B-QUE sauce (above) on hamburger buns.
CHILI CON CARNE -- Try this beanery and generous size recipe seasoning mix over a corn muffin or just crumble crackers in and enjoy! Invite a crowd or freeze half.
SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN -- the "Colonel" doesn't know how to make it right. This is the TRUE and ONE-AND-ONLY Southern Fried Chicken! The recipe is only being shared because we know how much they'll love it.... and you can do it yourself (plus get the credit!)
SPECIAL CHICKEN BAR-B-QUE -- no tomatoes here! This is a bar-b-que sauce that doesn't disguise the chicken, but enhances it while tasting like your typical bar-b-qued roasted chicken. Cook on the grill or bake indoors!
PORK CITY BONELESS PORK RIBS -- If you haven't had a change of pace lately and want to create another crowd pleaser...this is for you! Simmered pork strips with sweet peppers and onion. Mmmm!
COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN and BISCUITS -- REAL country in every bite! This is Grandma's favorite recipe that fed millions over the years. Use refrigerated biscuits or make your own from scratch. Nobody goes home hungry!
FISH FRY COATING MIX -- Fish for dinner? If you haven't cooked fish before or would like to add fish to your menu, this is the perfect mix! And as always, a free recipe included. (Send the boys fishing!)
BROWN GRAVY SWISS STEAK -- Got a hungry man to feed? This will fit the bill! Slowly browned and simmered cubed beef or venison .... how can you miss! (Be prepared to make this one again and again!)
BEEF STEW -- No can here! This is the cold weather favorite that you must try! Satisfaction guaranteed! (If the guys aren't hungry yet, send them out to chop more fire wood!)
WHOLE BAKED FISH -- A whole fish? No Problem. We will take you through the process one step at a time. (Have the boys returned with the catch of the day yet?)
GROUND BEEF SPECIAL -- Special we mean! The perfect chance to show off at the covered dish suppers. Be prepared to bring home empty dishes! Or better yet, take along the recipe to share...(not!)
